At eModels, our stock levels are updated in real time, every day, so you always know exactly what is in stock and available. We do not use a shadow stock system – if it shows as available, it is ready for next-day delivery.

We take great care to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. Every product is carefully inspected and securely packaged, as we take real pride in the quality of our packing and presentation.

We offer five delivery options to ensure your order reaches you in the way that suits you best.

1. Royal Mail Tracked® or Evri Tracked

You will be able to choose your preferred service at checkout.

Orders under £10.00 are charged £3.95.

UK orders over £10.00 are only £4.99.

Flat-rate pricing – no matter how large or small your order.

2. FedEx Next Day Delivery (Tracked & Insured)

FedEx Next Day Delivery is only £8.95.

Next Day Delivery orders must be placed before 2:00pm.

Orders placed on a Friday will be dispatched on the next working day (Monday) for Tuesday delivery. If Monday is a Bank Holiday, dispatch will take place on Tuesday for Wednesday delivery.

Once your order has been packed and is ready for dispatch, you will receive an email containing your tracking reference. You can also view your tracking details by logging into your eModels account.

For deliveries to outlying UK areas (postcodes beginning with BT, JE, GY, IM, KW, PO30–41 & ZE), please ensure you do not select UK Mainland at checkout.

3. DPD Express Parcel (Next Day Delivery, Tracked & Insured)

DPD Next Day Delivery is only £9.50.

Next Day Delivery orders must be placed before 2:00pm.

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking reference by email and via your eModels account.

4. Collect from eModels

During checkout, you may choose Collect from eModels, which will remove all shipping charges.

Once your order is ready for collection, we will notify you by email or phone. You can then collect your order during our opening hours from:

5. Overseas Delivery Costs

Important: We cannot ship aerosols, enamel paints, Tamiya paints, Mr Hobby acrylic paints, thinners, some glues, or putties overseas. Any overseas order containing restricted items will have those items removed from the order.

International shipping costs can be calculated prior to checkout. Simply add items to your basket and select your destination country.

In some cases, additional shipping charges may apply due to the size or weight of your order. If this applies, we will contact you before dispatch.

Parcelforce and UPS services are shipped tracked, insured, and express.

We also offer Airmail at a lower cost for small orders; please note this service is untracked and may take longer to arrive.

For deliveries outside the UK, 20% VAT will be automatically deducted at checkout.

Import duties or local taxes may be applied by your country’s customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient.

If a shipment is refused after dispatch, any return, handling, or courier fees will be deducted from the refund value.
